Kay’s service and expertise were helpful in every conceivable way. She was prompt in her every reply, helpful and honest and forthright in answering every question that she could. From the beginning she was clear in explaining her role(s) as a realtor (and what her roles did not entail as well). She communicated both expertise and enthusiasm in our every interaction with her, and she guided us flawlessly through the process from open houses to closing. Kay communicated promptly with both the seller as well as with our lender. At each step of the way, she was there to guide us; her emails and verbal communications often took this format: “OK, great! Now, here’s your homework for the next steps in the process . . . .” It was extremely rewarding to work with her.

What impressed us perhaps more than anything was her careful professionalism in helping us to learn, and then to decide, the features that we wanted in a home. She never once failed to elicit from us reflection and conversation, so that we could discover for ourselves the direction(s) in which we wanted to go.
